MY "ONAMI" - 2000 Azimut 42

I have created this website to warn other people looking for a boat to be very careful if offered the Azimut 42 "ONAMI" offered for sale by Gianni Iannuzzi through B&B Yachting in Italy.

 

I initially saw the advert for the boat on the European broker site mondialbroker.com - in fact you can still find the boat listed for sale here: 

 

You will notice from the specification that the broker, Gianni Iannuzzi, lists the engines as being revised from 2014 and that the boat is generally in good condition. On this site you will find a full and frank account of the boat and all of the issues I found when completing the pre-purchase sea trial and survey work.

 

If you are looking for an Azimut 42 it is likely you will find this boat, as it is advertised at a very low price. Do not be fooled, the boat has many problems which I will show.
